What type of insurance coverage do you accept?
It is best to check directly with your extended health benefits to see if they cover therapy from a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC). I accept FNHA, CVAP, and ICBC claim coverage.
How are sessions submitted to my extended health benefits?
I will email you a receipt for your session. You can use the receipt to submit directly to your extended health benefits. I direct bill for FNHA, CVAP, and ICBC claim coverage.
How is therapy structured?
Session 1: The intake session is where background information will be gathered and current concerns will be identified.
Session 2: This session involves therapeutic exercises and psychoeducation to prepare for the therapeutic process. Difficult events from the past may be identified during this session.
Session 3 + : Various therapeutic methods will be used according to your preferences and goals.
