I have a Master of Arts in Expressive Arts Therapy and a Master of Science in General Psychology. I am trained in various therapeutic methods and I believe that clients are the experts in their own lives. We will use therapeutic approaches that best suit your preferences and goals for therapy. Working together, we can untangle the difficult things, allowing you to re-connect to your authentic self. I work with adults only in my private practice.
